Common questions about pricing.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No, not if you set it up yourself. Sign up, add your property, upload your content, and you're live in minutes at no extra cost. The one-time setup fee ($199, any plan) only applies if you'd rather we do it: we structure your content for the best answers and mail a ready-to-use QR kit.
How does billing work?
If you sign up yourself, you add a card at checkout and we bill monthly, per property, and you can cancel anytime. For done-for-you setups and larger portfolios, we can invoice by email instead. No automated surprises either way; we'd rather be transparent than pretend to be bigger than we are.
What's in the done-for-you kit?
A laminated QR placard for the property and a set of QR business cards, mailed ready to use. We also structure your house-manual content during setup so the concierge answers well from day one. Self-serve hosts get the same QR code in their dashboard and can order a placard whenever they like.
What counts as a "property"?
A single rental unit. If you have a main cottage and a separate guest house that you rent independently with its own listing, those are two properties. If you rent them together as one booking, that's one property.
How does pricing work for a portfolio?
Each property is priced individually. Five properties on Starter is $95 per month ($19 × 5). Set them up yourself and there's no setup fee; have us do it and it's $995 one-time ($199 × 5). You can mix tiers: two on Starter and three on Pro is fine.
Can I upgrade a property from Starter to Pro?
Yes. The monthly rate changes to $29 for that property. If you're self-serve, you switch plans in your dashboard. If we handled your setup, we charge the $100 difference once to cover the branding and notification configuration work.
Do my guests need an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and chat right in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
